Damian brings over 10 years of freelancing experience to Squadease. After transitioning from the U.S. Air Force in 2015, he experienced firsthand the challenges of building a career in the gig economy and the disconnect between businesses seeking talent and professionals seeking opportunity.
With a Master of Entrepreneurship and deep roots in the Gainesville community, Damian is building the platform he wished existed when he started his freelancing journey.
